We will continue to update this list as we feel is necessary to provide information to help everyone with their flag experience and to help customers and improve their shopping experience through USA Flags Online. As we currently specialize in residential products and services most of the information you will find here is for residential customers. If in the future we decide to expand into the commercial market we will include help and information for commercial customers.

Also be advise as we are located in Prescott, AZ and most of our recommendations will be based upon the weather as experiences in Prescott and the surrounding communities. As most of the individuals who live in these areas will tell you in our area we do experience high winds on a regular bases, and for most part have four distinct seasons. The last year 2022 it seems we have had even greater extremes and higher then normal amount of wind. The presence of constant high velocity winds is the enemy of flags and flagpoles and will cause abnormal wear for both of these items.
